Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and imalaysia2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the imalaysia2 website located at imalaysia2.cam and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and any other gaming products made available on or through the Platform.

• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity, syndicate, or gambling operation.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred currency (MYR). You agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 KYC Verification

imalaysia2 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with our international licensing obligations. Before processing any withdrawal request, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Unless stated otherwise, wagering must be completed within the specified timeframe before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on theimalaysia2 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published for each individual game. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only; these Terms shall govern all other matters.

imalaysia2 games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. imalaysia2 shall not be liable for any system errors that result in game outcomes that differ from what was visually displayed, provided that reasonable steps are taken to resolve such errors.

imalaysia2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. imalaysia2 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Suspension & Termination

imalaysia2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy of the Platform;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when required;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Requests by regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors;
• The account becoming inactive for an extended period (as defined in our Dormant Account Policy).

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than breach of these Terms, imalaysia2 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via an approved payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to imalaysia2. Bonus funds and winings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

imalaysia2 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or platform features.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via a notice on the Platform's homepage or via email to your registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
